Out of an abundance of caution and care for all people we have decided to halt our in person worship. This is only temporary. The numbers in Connecticut have continued to rise, winter is upon us and we believe it is prudent to stay at home as much as possible. The Reopening Task Force will re-evaluate after a month and we will open our sanctuary for in person worship as soon as it is safe to do so. Thank you for understanding this decision.

Join us for Advent!
Those who dream is our theme this year for Advent and Christmas. This phrase comes from Psalm 126, “When the Lord restored the fortunes of Zion we were like those who dream.” What does it look like to live as those who dream? Mary and Elizabeth, Joseph and the shepherds were all dreamers. They received, discovered, and responded to God’s dreams for the world. This Advent we will step into the mystery and awe of God’s dreams and pray they shape our reality.
Church of Christ Congregational is a faith community that gathers around Word and Sacrament to be nourished, called, and sent into God’s world in witness and service to others in the name of Jesus Christ. The congregation is a member of the United Church of Christ (UCC.) We believe that no matter who you are or where you are on life’s journey, you’re welcome here!
Church of Christ Congregational News Center
On this most sacred night, we will tell the story of Jesus birth through song, scripture and word. All are welcome to join us. The night will end with Silent Night as we share the light of Christ with one another and the world around us.
