Pause and soothe your soul with this gentle yoga practice. Relax and enjoy an empowering, accessible and inclusive practice which aims to meet students where they are physically, mentally, and emotionally. The intention is to offer a meditative, breath-focused practice which will calm and ground while lifting the spirit. Through skillfully presented options, all levels can receive a rich and satisfying experience. This practice concludes with a sumptuous, restful Savasana. This one-hour free practice will be offered to all church members on Tuesday mornings from 9:15-10:15am, beginning May 24 through June 28. You do not need to attend all six weeks; you’re welcome to come whatever dates suit your schedule. Please call the church office for more information at 860-666-4689 or to sign up for a class. Feel free to bring a friend! Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a mat and any props (blocks, blanket, cushion, etc) which may help support your practice. * A couple of extra mats are available on a first come, first served basis for those that may want to experience the practice but don’t own a mat.
